Korean War Veteran gets help getting to dialysis

My name is Lee,.
I'm a 71 year old Korean War Veteran on dialysis.  I'm asking for your help in obtaining a truck or car.  I live in Oak Grove, MO 30-miles from the VA Hospital.  There are no bus transportation and no city taxi cab services in this area.  I must be at my dialysis treatment three times a week.
I live four blocks from the highway and four truck stops.  I have to cross the highway to go to the grocery store.  I take my oxygen and my four wheel walker basket with me.  I walk maybe a block before I have to sit and rest, it takes me about two hours but I get there.  Sometimes I get afraid because there's so much construction going on the highway. We have no sidewalks except where people live.  Sometimes I miss my ride to church and I must walk if the weather permits it.
These are just some of my reasons for asking your help.  I'm also on a fixed income.
Thank you
Lee will be receiving a vehicle on Sunday July 19 at the Jason Michael Carroll concert
