Monica is a single parent of two young boys ages 4 and 1.  she is going
through a tough time right now and really needs transportation so she
can get to work, and be able to meet the needs of her children.  She is
fresh out of an abusive relationship, and is trying to move on with her
life, and not have to feel she needs to depend on her abuser.  I would
really like to see her succeed, for she is a very bright, beautiful,
and talented young lady.

Lakeland

For #### to have a car would change her life a lot. she has a son how
has a medical condition that prevents him from stop bleeding if he where
to get cut and she needs to be able to get him to his doctors
appointments so that he may receive the care that is need for him and also with it
if he where to take a fall that his head was to start to swell up she
would need to be able to get him to a hemophilia center  in Tacoma Washington

. she is unable to buy her self a car because she has to be at home
with him and is unable to work do to his condition. it is to risky for
him to be in a daycare. By having a car it all so would alow her to be
able to meet with other person that have children with the same condition
so that she has a larger support group.

I'm actaully signing up my self because I don't have a car...I'm 19
yrs old and am going to be a first time mother, and I'm currently
seperated from the father of my child, now currently living with my mother and
I want to be able to get a better carreer for myself as well as my
daughter, but the lack of having transportation is what is holding me back.
And everytime I see a decent car (and i do'nt care for looks) its too
expensive for me, and me going to be a single momther wont be able to
afford payments on a car whether used or new. I'm just hoping that this
Christmas, I can recieve some help, and I appriciate you guys for
reading my story.
Thank You,

Poulsbo

This person fought in two wars, has done years of volunteer work, a
devoted dad, and always helps anyone he sees who needs it.
He is retired on social security, and just cant afford one. He
would be able to work, as it is hard to commute in rural areas where busses
dont run. He could continue to help others with his volunteer
activities. He has medical needs that are hard for
the same reason of transportation. He has two sons
who are disabled and he could visit them easier. Im one of them. Even
his wife my step mom) has medical
needs that require commuting quite a long way. So
more than some, less than others. But I know he needs
one.

Olympia

i need a mode of transportation bad. i just got out on my own and im
try to move on to the next step, and thats go to collage but some of the
only ones that i can afford are so far awy. Ive been lookin left and
right to find a car but it seems impossible to find one that is durable
and reliable. I need to get to school so i can be the first one to go to
collage on my moms side of the family in 10 years and to me thats a
huge deal. well i hope you consider me for geting a car and thanks for
taking time to read this over.

Seattle

Nicole is a girl who worked for me for quite some time running errands,
mostly!
I was injured in a car wreck about three years ago, so you see I no
longer am able to just go get in the car and go do whatever Most people
do!
If it were not for Nicole I might be Homeless, because I wouldn't be
able to work, doing what it is that for years I have done and fed my
family with!
I work doing trade auctions online, and even though most of the work is
from home, the job requires alot of mailing, shipping and supply
purchasing on my part!
Nicole came to my rescue on a site where i had posted a Plea of help
ad!
since the day that I have met her she has done the running around for
me!
Made it so I could still work from home, by assisting  me in  the going
places part of things!
Not to mention how while she helped me in so many ways, she was working
full time somewhere else, and attending school at night!
I do not know how she managed all that she maintained on a daily basis
as well a s she did!
Anyways, about a month ago her car was stolen> Sadly enough she has
not gotten it back!
This girl, did not deserve this to happen to her and she is such a kind
hardworking girl with no relatives to help her, but the ethical skill
and motivated ability to be a great and upstanding citizen in our
country! (Not a lot of those around in this day and age!)
To make an end to my story, and the basis of why I would think she
needs the new car is because now without a car this girl is on the bus to
do all that she did  before!
I do not know how she will keep it up at the rate that she has!
But I do know, if anyone she definitely needs it, and would greatly
appreciate it!
Thank you so Much!
God Bless

I know this family and they have 2 children and one on the way. I feel
so bad for them. The have to take the bus every where with them, The
children's ages are 2 and 1. They cant afford a care with the income they
have. It would change their life so much. The main reason why they need
the car is because, they either get to doctors appointments about an
hour early or 20 minutes late. When they go grocery shopping they have to
carry the kids and groceries and I hate to see them do that. THEY NEED A
CAR BAD. They would love to have a van, cause it is spacious.

Hi my name is Megan  and I'm a twenty year old single mom trying
to pull my self out a largely dug hole. My two little girls and I have
struggled for a long time and just when I thought we were pulling
through my car fell apart. I like the school my oldest goes to and it is all
the way across town and it has been very hard to get her there and just
to deal with our already very hectic daily lives without a car. We
would very much appreciate even just the thought of considering us.
            Thank you for your time.

                                   Sincerely,

                                       Megan

or get groceries. he wont ask for help cause of his pride. he moved to
Washington with nothing and still pretty much has nothing. he wants to
find a job but where his apartment is would be a long hike just to get
to work. he is a great  person does anything he can for anyone. works on
other peoples cars and helps them in any way he can. I just want to see

I recently just lost my car due to not being able to pass the state
patrol test, and due to the failure of the test, my car was no longer
legal to drive on the road. After my car was taken away, i lost my multiple
landscaping jobs around the community, sense then i have become
homeless and unable to comply to my employers for work. It would change my
life completely if I were choosen to recieve a gift from the community. I
would be able to re obtain my recent jobs around the community and be
able to afford to rent a appartment around the community.

@@@@@@@@ has two small children to care for ages 7 months and 3. These
small children are a financial demand on her. With the birth of her
second child she lost her car that took her to a from work. With the
birth of Logan he was born with a urinary trac defect and has had to go
back and forth to Childrens hospital and her older son Connor has sleep
apnea and enlarged tonsils.

Her children are not only financially demanding but this has not
allowed her to work. She is need of a car soon to allow Logan to have
surgery when he turns 1 in 4 1/2 months. Connor is being tested with a new
nasal treatment to see if he can avoid surgery. My husband and I are
unable to purchase a car for our daughter in her time of need because I
have been going through many surgeries myself and I also do not have a
car. I to lost my job and was fortunate to get employment but my husband
and I are sharing a truck ourselves. If I could have one wish for my
struggling daughter it would be a dependable vehicle so she can get her
children back and forth to medical appointments and get her back to
work. She has always been a very giving person herself and working with
the Goodwill was low pay but she was very grateful to not be dependant
on our state system. She is an inspiring daughter and is struggling
with our state system with an income of 260.00 per month because she
can not get to and from employment enabling her to become independent
and give back to those who need it. Her dreams are to become a vet tech
and has her classes lined up for when she gets a dependable vehicle.
She has had to postpone her schooling for the last 2 years.

She is so grateful for what she does have a car could only make
things better. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and may all
those who have a wish, come true. Happy Holidays to all.

passing away about 2 months ago. Now they lost over half of their income
and all 3 of their vehicles got reposessed and have no way of gathering
the money or obtaining the money or credit to get another vehicle, with

Marysville,

I am a single mother of 4 young children ages range from 9 months to 7
years old.  We have been unable to afford to buy a vehicle for over a
year.  We are on a very low income at the moment.  Since we haven't had
a car it has been very hard for us to be able to get around and get to
doctor's appointments, the grocery store or even for us to go to a
park.  Since I haven't been able to afford a vehicle, I haven't been able
to look for a job as I wouldn't have a way to get there or even take my
kids to a babysitters.  If we were able to get some kind of vehicle it
would drastically change our lives as I would be able to finally be
able to look for a job so that I could better support my children.  It
would also make it alot easier for us to get to the grocery store and
Doctor's appointments.  I would also be able to take my children to the
park or to the local library as they love to read, but without a car we
have no way of doing any of these things.  If we had a vehicle, not o
nly would I be able to get a job, I would be able to get off of
welfare and also possibly be able to go to school part time so that I would
be able to get a good paying job.  If you are able to help us in any way
it would be greatly appreciated and would drastically help my family
out in so many ways.  I sincerely thank you for your time.

Richland, Wa

met Angela when she rented our house here in Richland after moving
from California with the father of her four young children. I have only
known her for a short while, but am impressed with what a determined
young lady she is. She worked very hard trying to find work. A short time
after she moved in, her old van died. Freezing weather is already here
and the only way for her to get around is by bus, sometimes having to
take the children with her. Since I haven't known Angela for very long,
it would be better for her to tell you her story. I do know that she
grew up without her parents and made some wrong choices along the way,
but she is determined to make a better life for her children than she
had. I try to help by driving her when I can, but I work full time and
can't be much of a help.

Please contact her and let her tell you her story.
