Good Morning,   I am ill, and disabled (and will be the rest of my
life), and am in desperate need of a vehicle for medical care (in Yankton,
Sioux Falls, S.D., Sioux City, Iowa).
My need for medical care is constant, very much needed, and is needed at
least 3 times a week. I am missing many, many doctor appointments,
therapy, and treatments.....due to my lack of a vehicle.
I am in dire need of a vehicle to get to my appointments, I have no
vehicle, no money for a vehicle, and could greatly benefit from one.
Please help me with a vehicle, so I may get my much needed medical
care. It would make a huge difference in my health, and life, if I had a
vehicle.
Please, please help me.
I can get any letters from my doctors if needed, to prove to you that I
need continuous medical care, and am not getting it, due to not having
a vehicle.

I have a best friend whose name is Joy.  she is also my life partner.
she is a great gal and i would like to help her through your group.
you see. we moved up to south Dakota from Topeka where my family is
from) and KC (where her family is from). She has a mission in mind and so
we dropped everything to move up here. you see she wants to open a
drop-in-center for the seriously mentally ill. a small room was donated to
her for 4 hours a week thru the Cornerstone Rescue Mission. Jim
Castleberry the asst. dir. got all excited about her idea and promised to help
out by hooking her up with some church funding. 
The problem is the room is 30 miles away in Rapid City and she has no
transportation to accomplish her mission in life. It would be such a
blessing to be able to help fulfill her dream, and a car is the begining so
she can help others out in that small room. Eventually she wants to
have the drop-in-ceter to become a coffee house and transitional living
for the seriously mentally ill.  So I hope you can help her.
I realize your organization is from the KC area.  It would mean much to
her for you to donate her a car and that would give her an excuse to
invite the kids up to visit her.  it would be a wonderful thing to have
her sons deliver the car to her because she misses them so.  she gave
up everything to do good for other people, like i said its her mission.
